Jed

September time in the region of Fribourg a very special event takes place. This is called Désalpe. It moves me every time. It's essentially bringing the herd of cows down from the mountain pastures for the winter. 

This candle is my tribute. For the hard working farmers, the families of farmers, including my sisters in the English countryside. Truly dedicated to these beautiful cows.

Due to the nature of this handmade candle, each pot will have slight differences. Each one is made to order and is unique, no two will look exactly the same. Please expect variations.
