A: Not at the moment but it is in the pipeline.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Returns are only accepted if the item is unopened, use the contact us page or email on emporiumartisanalgeneve@gmail.com to request a return.

Q: Do you trade at markets?

A: Yes, All notifications for markets and fairs will be shown on social media or here on the website. keep up to date and sign up to the newsletter and follow through social media.

Q: How are the soaps packaged?

A: The soaps are bound with a label made from paper and twine, gift wrapped in seasonal paper. Included in the package is a thank you leaflet. Sealed with the brand sleeve and additional twine and dried flowers.

Q: Are the soaps organic and environmentally friendly?

A: The soaps are made from organic ingredients, the soaps are 100% environmentally friendly.

Q: Do you test on animals?

A: Never tested on animals....just the occasional human.

Q: Where are the products manufactured?

A: Everything is made in Geneva.

Q: Do you do workshops?

A: Yes, all of the workshops are announced on the website and social media, to book simply click on the drop down menu at the top of this page and look for 'workshops'.

Q: What is Jesmonite?

A: Jesmonite is a combination of gypsum (a mineral created from sedimentary rock) and water-based acrylic resin. Non-toxic and environmentally friendly. It characterizes cement in strength but unlike cement it is very malleable. To learn more why not join a workshop?
